Patient Survey

Between February and April this year, Meadowbrook Surgery asked 7% of patients to complete a questionnaire asking whether they preferred the option to book on the day doctor appointments, or to book doctor appointments in advance.

The results from the patient feedback are shown below:

• Book on the day doctor appointments: 3%
• Book doctor appointments in advance: 4%

Based on the results we have now changed our appointment system as shown below:

• Book on the day doctor appointments have been allocated to the morning.
• Book doctor appointments in advance have been allocated to the afternoon.

You can use various methods to book these appointments as shown below:

1. By telephone
2. The practice website using patient access or Accurx
3. The NHS App
4. Visit the surgery
