Out of Hours Service
If you need urgent medical advice during surgery hours, please phone on: 0121 550 1034. Please be prepared to give some information to the receptionist.
Please telephone 07462 071066 if you require assistance during the following times:
Monday to Friday 08:00-08:30 and 18:15 to 18:30
Thursday 12:00-18:30
They will pass a message to the doctor on duty who may phone you to assess your problem. You might be asked to attend the Emergency Treatment Centre at Russells Hall Hospital, or receive a home visit.
Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
Extended Access
If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please speak to the receptionists at the practice during normal opening hours. Your appointment may be with another practice in the Halesowen area and may not be your registered practice.
In the Halesowen area, practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments.
